When you create an account: your name, email address, and team/workspace name. When you buy a skill: the order details (skill, price, currency, timestamp) needed to grant access and handle support — payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach Grokkit's servers. When you submit a custom-skill request or contact form: the name, email, and message you provide.
To authenticate you, deliver the skills you've purchased, respond to support and custom-skill requests, and send transactional email (e.g. purchase receipts, account confirmation). We do not sell your personal data.
Account and order data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), protected by row-level security so a request can only read data belonging to its authenticated user. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
Grokkit uses a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to what we're legally required to retain, e.g. payment records) by emailing info@kaivantech.com.
