Grokkit ("Grokkit", "we", "us") is a marketplace operated by Kaivan Tech for individually-priced AI agent skills — packaged prompt and configuration files designed to be installed into third-party AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, and Windsurf. By creating an account, browsing the catalog, or purchasing a skill, you agree to these Terms.
Each skill listing states its price, version, and what the skill will and will not do. Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase is a one-time payment that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that skill in the AI agents you operate. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying prompt/configuration content, and you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute a purchased skill as your own product.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to skills you haven't purchased.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment credentials. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases; a completed purchase is priced at the amount shown at the time of payment.

Skills are tested against the checklist described on their listing page before publication, but AI agent behavior varies by model, version, and context. Skills are provided "as is" without warranty that output will be error-free or fit for every use case; you're responsible for verifying output before relying on it, especially for anything involving compliance, security, finance, or legal work.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Grokkit after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
